The Navajo County Community College District (d.b.a. Northland Pioneer College) may enter into agreements with high school districts for the purpose of delivery of Dual Enrollment credit classes. Classes offered under such agreements will be only those classes that are college level. For purposes of this procedure, a college level course is defined as a course numbered 100 or above. College level courses, offered under contract with a high school district, must conform to applicable NCCCD regulations relative to admissions of students and instructional standards. Agreements shall identify the respective responsibilities of the College and the high school with regard to payment for facilities, personnel and other costs, and the manner in which tuition is to be paid by or on behalf of each student.
The provisions, rules and requirements of Arizona Revised Statute §15-1821.01 (dual enrollment information) will be followed in activities related to the Dual Enrollment program.
