All student sponsored activities must adhere to the following criteria:
- The request for student activity will be documented and forwarded to the Vice President for Learning and Student Services. The request must be made by the leadership of the student organization in question or by the organization's faculty or staff adviser.
- The request for student activity will include:
- the student(s) or student organization responsible for the activity
- the estimated number of activity participants
- the NPC facility space, if any, requested for the activity
- the publicity that will be used in promoting the activity, if relevant
- the names of the NPC staff or faculty who will supervise the activity
- the amount of dollars, if any, requested from the Vice President for Learning and Student Services to support the activity
- The request for student activity will be reviewed and approved or denied by the Vice President for Learning and Student Services.
