Regular pay days are the 15th and the last day of the month. If a pay period falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be moved up to Friday. For employees who have their pay disbursed to them using direct deposit, the pay will be released one day before the pay day. For employees who receive a paper paycheck, checks will be mailed using the U.S. postal system on pay day. The supervisor must submit all pay forms (timesheets, contracts, LOI’s, overload and divisional pay forms) to the Payroll department before the deadline. Pay forms are due three (3) working days after the previous pay day. Pay forms must be properly authorized and include the account number, dates worked, hours worked and amounts to be paid. Pay is paid in arrears, with the current exception of amounts paid in accordance with an employee’s annual contract/letter.
