NPC Career Services has a job board platform employers can use to post their jobs, internships, job fair events, and open house events. The job board allows more flexibility for employers to post content such as text, images, videos, and files. Our employers find that these features allow postings to be more visually appealing and informative. The job board also allows job-seekers to use the comments section to ask a question about the posting. The job board platform also lists events such as NPC and community job fairs that employers can register for. Job-seekers on our platform include NPC students and alumni. They also include community members in our service area who have attained or are in pursuit of post-secondary credentials such as a completed apprenticeship, certificate, or college degree.
 

Employers interested in creating an account on the job board platform must first answer a few questions. The questions and answers are provided through video and audio. Employers must reply using both audio and video. A webcam and audio capabilities must be available on your computer or mobile phone. Once we receive your responses, we will contact you for next steps.

Many employers use distance technology such as Skype and Zoom to schedule virtual information or interviews sessions with potential job candidates. Although NPC Career Services is not currently able to host these events, we will publish your virtual event on our calendar and inform our students about the opportunity. NPC Career Services holds several Career Fairs throughout the academic year. Career fairs are listed on the NPC Career Services events calendar.

On-campus information sessions are the perfect way to let students know about your company. These sessions can improve your recruiting efforts and build interest in your organization. You can spread the word about open positions, internships or other opportunities.
