Locally Grown is a juried art exhibit. First, second, and third-place selections will be awarded cash prizes. Each year, the exhibit is juried by a different, professional artist. This year’s juror is Cyd Peroni. Peroni is a professional photographer who experiments with digital, traditional, and alternative photographic processes. Her images are strongly influenced by poetry and the metaphors found in the natural world. To view Peroni’s artwork visit www.cydperoniphotography.com.
The Talon Gallery is in the Aspen Center on NPC's Show Low, White Mountain Campus at 1001 W. Deuce of Clubs. The gallery is open to the public Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed on weekends and college holidays.
