Northland Pioneer College (NPC) invites the public to enjoy the spring weather along with fun activities for the whole family during the college’s spring Eagle Fest on Wednesday, April 9, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at NPC’s Silver Creek campus in Snowflake/Taylor, AZ.
Eagle Fest is free and open to everyone. There will be entertainment for all ages, including live music by country artist and local celebrity Ashley Westcott, who is a Taylor, AZ native. Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to the first 200 attendees. Interactive booths and demonstrations will spotlight NPC programs, offerings, and student activities.
“Eagle Fest gives the public a chance to learn about what NPC has to offer,” explains Samuel McDowell, a recruiter for NPC’s southern districts. “You’ll be able to meet with instructors and visit with students in many areas of study. We welcome you to experience the exciting learning environment we have here at NPC. You can also tour the campus and learn more about our partnerships with area high schools and local businesses.” Student clubs and organizations will also be at Eagle Fest, showcasing the many opportunities NPC students have for personal and cultural enrichment.
Parents and youngsters can also learn more about fun noncredit classes and NPC’s summer Kids College program.
