For the purpose of consumer protection, 34 CFR 668.43 as amended requires Title IV institutions (those who administer federal student financial aid) to identify which of their academic programs (whether online, hybrid, or face-to-face) are designed to fulfill the educational requirements for a professional license or certification that is a gateway for entry into a specific occupational field. Institutions will identify whether completion of their program would be sufficient to meet licensure requirements in a State for that occupation.
- At this time, NPC has not made a determination that its curriculum meets the state educational requirements for licensure or certification.
