Must be a Native American student, residing on tribal lands, who must travel at least 30 miles, each way, from their physical address, to attend an in-person class. Must be registered for 6 or more credits toward any NPC degree plan, and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Please note that this scholarship has a separate application form.
