NPC Primary Colors
The two main official colors for NPC are Pantone® 287 (Royal Blue) and Pantone® 123 (Golden Yellow). Royal Blue is the college's signature color and should appear as the dominant color in all communications. Golden Yellow should be used as an accent color. The yellow should not be used for small type due to legibility issues and if used on large display type, a drop shadow or black outline should be used.

NPC Secondary Colors
The college's secondary color palette consists of four accent colors used to support NPC's two main colors. These colors should never dominate the primary institutional colors, instead they should be used sparingly to add vibrancy or visual interest. Where the NPC Royal Blue and Golden Yellow are well established, it’s permissible to introduce colors from the secondary palette. Consider an 80/20 balance favoring the primary institutional colors.
