Cambria Miller - NPC's Class of 2024 Outstanding Graduate
Holbrook, Painted Desert Campus
Associate of Arts
Cambria has been homeschooled since she was in fifth grade and began taking college-level courses at NPC when she was only 14 years old. She will be completing her Associate of Arts degree from NPC and her high school diploma at the same time this spring. She is a member of NPC’s Alpha Gamma Tau Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and has been named to NPC’s President’s List several times. She is also on the Joseph City cheer squad and was able to participate in the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as a cheerleader with the “Spirit of America” dance company. For Cambria, her desire to study history and the cultures of the world grew after taking a class taught by Dr. Amy Gray, NPC Faculty in History & Social Sciences. She will be continuing her studies at Southern Virginia University this fall where she plans to major in history with a concentration in museum studies. She has also been accepted to the university’s dance team and will play the piano in the college’s orchestra. Cambria enjoys learning from others and understanding the diversity and complexities of different cultures and their rich histories. She hopes to one day work in the tourism industry and travel the world. For Cambria, her favorite quote says it all, “The best moment is yet to come.”
