Natalie Behn - NPC's Class of 2024 Outstanding Graduate
Show Low, White Mountain Campus
Associate of Science
Natalie is obtaining her Associate of Science degree from NPC and will graduate from Show Low High School later this month. She began taking classes at NPC at the age of 14 with her first college-level Spanish 101 class. In addition to a very busy high school career, she has been dually enrolled full-time at NPC ever since her junior year. She is the Vice President of Leadership for NPC’s Alpha Gamma Tau Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and has been named to NPC’s President’s List for her excellent GPA. She is an avid volunteer at Summit Hospital and has a passion for helping others. As she continues her educational journey Natalie plans to study medicine, global health, and the humanities. She has been accepted to the prestigious Honor’s College at Texas Tech University, where she will begin taking pre-med classes this fall. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree she plans to attend medical school and hopes to one day become a surgeon. For Natalie, having attended NPC and completing her associate degree while in high school has made a huge impact. “I feel like I have grown so much over the past two years, learning about myself, holding myself accountable, and becoming more independent. I feel prepared for my next journey.” Her favorite quote is something her parents instilled in her from an early age and sums up her outlook on life quite well; “Hard work never hurt anyone.”
