Board adopts new mission, vision, values statements

Emphasizing Northland Pioneer College’s learner-centered environment, revised mission, vision and values statements were approved by the Navajo County Community College District Governing Board during their regular monthly meeting on September 19.

SHOW LOW — Basic gun safety training required to obtain a concealed weapon permit is being offered on Saturday, October 7, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Northland Pioneer College’s Show Low – White Mountain Campus. There is a $75 fee, which includes the required fingerprint card at no additional charge.

5th Annual Pedal the Petrified

This year’s Pedal the Petrified, a tour bicycle ride through the Petrified Forest National Park, on Saturday, September 16, raised over $40,000 for Northland Pioneer College student scholarships, more than tripling the amount raised since 2014.
